A garden setting and a creative tasting meal
The century-old Sant Gervasi house and garden distinguish ABaC from central hotel dining rooms. Jordi Cruz’s cuisine combines memory, technique and contrasts; the current menu includes seafood, vegetables and meat preparations. The MICHELIN 2026 selection lists three stars. The restaurant’s FAQ says it offers tasting menus only and asks diners to allow at least three hours.

Menu, pairings and guest requirements
The published tasting menu is €315. Origin wine pairing is €180, Movement €260 and Essence non-alcoholic harmony €100; the operator says prices may vary. The FAQ states there is no vegetarian menu. Allergy adaptations are a prior request, not a guarantee; children are left to parents’ discretion in view of the meal’s length. A private dining room is listed for fourteen–twenty guests.

Deposits, groups and hotel experiences
Booking requires €100 per diner, deducted from the bill. The booking conditions give parties of one–nine a forty-eight-hour cancellation/change deadline for a refund; groups of ten and above have separate ten-day terms and direct group arrangements. Missed or late changes can forfeit prepayment. A one-night ABaC Pack and two-night Gourmet Tour separately specify hotel, breakfast, spa and dining benefits, with wine excluded; a standard restaurant table does not include them.
