Cocktails, alcohol-free choices and food
The Florentine Reflexes signature collection is €20 per drink, including Golden Tilt, Night at Duomo and Chianti Kiss. The menu also lists €18 cocktails such as the Tiramisu Martini and €12 choices in its Alcohol Free section. Garden appears in the low-ABV collection, so it should not be treated as alcohol-free.
Bar food is a separate order: the summer food list includes Tuscan cured meats, Pecorino, smoked burrata, pinsa and aubergine parmigiana. Kitchen service is 18:30–21:30. The menus publish allergen keys; discuss any dietary requirement with the venue.

Bar hours and summer terraces
The American Bar page lists 11:30–00:00, with last orders at 23:30. Its linked drinks PDF instead prints service from 12:00 to midnight; for an arrival between 11:30 and noon, ask the bar which applies to the date. Outdoor aperitivo under the B-Green pergola and on the terraces is described specifically for summer. The published timetable does not guarantee an outdoor table or suitable weather.

A restaurant meal or a private occasion
B-Roof’s restaurant is on the hotel’s fifth floor and welcomes outside diners. Lunch is 12:30–14:00, last orders 13:45; dinner is 19:30–22:00, last orders 21:45. At dinner the restaurant offers a tasting menu or at least two à-la-carte courses, excluding dessert. These meal arrangements are separate from the American Bar food menu.
The wider venue also hosts private events and weddings. Arrange an event or full restaurant meal through the corresponding service, rather than assuming a bar table covers it.
