Select the food pattern and actual menu
Basiligo describes customised lunch and dinner choices and several plan categories. Its vegan and vegetarian descriptions differ; vegetarian includes eggs and dairy. Discuss the menu rather than interpreting a goal-labelled product as a medical result.
Confirm the delivery arrangement
The delivery policy lists several emirates and requires confirmation for remote areas. Address changes need 48 hours; a time slot does not promise an exact arrival time. Check the actual checkout delivery charge because the policy also retains an older dated zero-fee line.
Read the bag and refund calculation
The mandatory cooler-bag deposit is AED 180. Cancellation takes effect after three business days; approved refunds under stated circumstances use a 20% retail-price cancellation fee, discounts forfeited and card charges deducted. Promotions can have different non-refundable terms.
Planning questions
Can a vegetarian Basiligo meal contain dairy or eggs?
Yes. Its published vegetarian description includes both, distinct from the vegan category.
Is the cancellation fee simply 20% of my discounted unused balance?
The policy describes 20% of retail price, forfeited discounts and card charges, subject to approval. Ask for the actual calculation.
