The American Bar and its food

Current bar hours are daily 12:30-01:00. The menu lists cocktails such as Negroncello at €21 and Hinoki at €22, with a separate no-alcohol section at €18. Its small-bites list is explicitly available 12:30-15:30 daily; that food window should not be extended across the whole bar schedule.

Book dinner as a restaurant visit

Restaurant lunch runs 12:30-15:00 and dinner 19:30-23:00. The kitchen combines Italian dishes, seafood, meat and vegetable-led plates; its €110 Signature tasting menu is for the entire table, with a separately listed €5 cover charge.

Pools, gifts and private events

The pool page publishes weekend access 10:00-17:30 from June to September at €125 per person, including a lounger, pool kit and consumption to the stated amount. Pool vouchers require available loungers and reception booking. A €220 two-person Ruinart aperitivo gift is a particular offer, rather than an ordinary bar minimum spend. Private dinners, business events and catering have separate arrangements through info@ceresio7.com or +39 02 31039221.
