Catalan ingredients and a kitchen-facing table

Jordi Artal’s contemporary Catalan cooking works with small producers and regional ingredients, without repeating a principal ingredient within a menu. The restaurant sits at Entença 60 in Eixample. Its kitchen-facing chef’s table is a distinct setting; other spaces reflect family roots and preserve a collection of fermented products. The MICHELIN 2026 selection lists two stars.

Light, Tasting and separate pairings

The current website displays Light at €189 and Tasting at €219, with optional Catalan and Spanish wine pairings. The published Spring dish list is a sample, not a promise of that exact menu in another season. The MICHELIN restaurant listing also describes non-alcoholic pairing options, without a price on the operator page reviewed here.

A dining format for the actual party

The operator separates the dining room for one–four guests, chef’s table for two–nine and private room for ten–forty. Those capacities do not establish availability for a particular date. It offers no vegetarian option and does not seat children younger than seven. The dining experience and table allocation are about two-and-a-half hours; dietary restrictions should accompany the reservation request.
