The Alpha building and the restaurant

Seafood, Greek dishes and Josper meat
The linked 2026 food menu lists tuna tataki, catch-of-the-day sashimi and ceviche, octopus carpaccio, oysters and several nigiri choices. Hot starters include greens-pie gyoza with feta and yogurt, shrimp tortelloni, scallops and stuffed vine leaves with mince.
Greek salad, buffalo mozzarella and other salads sit alongside seafood risotto, beef-ragù paccheri and blue-crab pappardelle. Mains include white grouper bianco, salmon, fish of the day, chicken, Greek lamb and beef preparations. A separate Josper section lists steaks and sharing cuts.
Price units and ingredients
Published examples include Greek salad at €17, white grouper bianco at €38 and Greek lamb at €34. Oysters are €10 each; Greek lobster is €160 per kilogram, and tomahawk steak €150 per kilogram. Chateaubriand is listed at €90 for two. These are different price bases, rather than interchangeable per-person meal totals.
