A Barcelona restaurant at Monument Hotel

Lasarte occupies Monument Hotel at Mallorca 259. Martín Berasategui is the gastronomic director and Paolo Casagrande the head chef; this is distinct from Berasategui’s flagship in Lasarte-Oria. Seasonal land-and-sea cooking and the formal setting give it an editorial fit for celebrations and couples’ occasions. The MICHELIN 2026 selection lists three stars.

À la carte, lunch, tasting or Il Milione

The restaurant publishes individual dishes alongside a €345 tasting menu. Its €245 lunch menu is for the whole table from Wednesday to Friday, with a choice of starter, main and dessert after the opening courses. Il Milione is a separate €490 creative experience with its own private/shared-table arrangements. A Saturday lunch service does not establish that the shorter Wednesday–Friday menu applies.

Different reservation terms by format

Regular restaurant reservations use a card guarantee, a twenty-four-hour cancellation/change deadline and a €150 per-person late-cancellation or no-show charge. Il Milione requires prepayment and forty-eight-hour notice, with the full €490 menu amount as the stated late-cancellation fee. The operator requires long trousers and closed shoes, bars sportswear and asks guests not to bring babies or children under seven. A jacket is not compulsory.
