Choose a hotel stay around gardens and dining
Le Couvent des Minimes combines rooms and suites, gardens and a L’Occitane spa in Mane, near the hilltop villages and landscapes of the Luberon. Hotel gardens and dining also suit time between treatment appointments.
The hotel presents Le Feuillée and Pamparigouste as different restaurant options. Choose the accommodation and each dining reservation for your dates. Its annual notice closes the establishment from 22 to 25 December 2026 inclusive, reopening on 26 December at 4pm; Le Feuillée separately announces a 1 January–2 March 2027 closure and 3 March dinner reopening.

Explore the L’Occitane sensory journey
The L’Occitane spa extends over more than 2,500 square metres. Its sensory journey includes an indoor pool, outdoor Nordic pool, two saunas, two sensory showers, hammam, multi-sensory pool, cyclone shower, salt grotto and relaxation area. A gym, yoga room and boutique add to the setting.
The spa is not accessible to children under 16. Visitors aged 16 to 18 require an accompanying adult. The hotel publishes separate sensory-access booking and treatment actions, so confirm exactly which spaces and time allowance belong to the product selected.

Discuss the signature or made-to-measure treatment
Ten treatment rooms support the L’Occitane Signature and Made to Measure treatment ranges. Made to Measure lets guests discuss facial or body-treatment duration, preferences, massage-oil fragrance and complementary experiences with the team. The operator also presents separate three-day Better-Being programmes; these have their own format and arrangements.
Spa reception currently publishes daily 9am–7pm hours and recommends booking in advance. Ask the spa about the intended protocol, appointment and the period’s opening, especially around the hotel’s annual closure. Contact the spa on +33 4 92 77 99 41; the main hotel number is separate.
