Re:Yak eligibility and vouchers

The UK-only scheme accepts clean own-brand items with an intact neck or back label. Voucher values depend on category, up to £25; they last 12 months and are limited to one per order. The usual minimum is £60, or £20 for a £5 voucher.

Clean tights, socks, hair accessories and underwear bottoms can go for recycling without a voucher. The FAQ says vouchers cannot combine with other discounts, while the terms allow approved promotions with exclusions: ask about the proposed combination before relying on it.

The reviewed take-back is UK-only and for clean Lucy & Yak items with an intact neck or back label. Item categories affect voucher eligibility; some accessories are recycling-only without a voucher.
