The current seafood restaurant and the older name

The current operator lists Puertecillo Sagrada Família at Passatge de Simó 18, 08025 Barcelona, near the basilica and Avinguda Gaudí. This is a restaurant destination, separate from the Sagrada Família monument at Carrer de Mallorca 401 and from Puertecillo Born at Comercial 7. Name the Sagrada Família branch when planning the meal.

An earlier La Paradeta reference points to this same seafood address and phone. Generator’s venue article now names and links Puertecillo Sagrada Família, while retaining an older La Paradeta reference. The current La Paradeta directory lists Sants, Meridiana and Gràcia instead. For a present visit, use Puertecillo’s published branch information rather than the earlier La Paradeta timetable.

Choose the seafood and the amount you want

Puertecillo describes a self-service seafood format. Its own public account explains that customers choose fish or shellfish from the ice display and the kitchen cooks the selection. The homepage FAQ says the customer chooses the quantity, with prices by weight and, for some items, by unit. The finished bill depends on the actual selection and amount rather than a single fixed per-person meal price.

The current Spanish menu includes grilled or Andalusian-style fried fish and seafood, clams, mussels, razor clams, prawns, squid, cuttlefish, lobster and scallops. Starters include a green salad, monkfish soup and other shellfish preparations, with separate sauces. A menu listing does not guarantee the catch or quantity available for the visit; agree preparation and the intended order at the counter.

Read the unit beside each menu price

The linked menu states euro prices with VAT included. Examples include mussels at €11.50 per kilogram, clams at €39 per kilogram, sea bream at €9.90 per unit and oysters at €3.80 per unit. Razor clams are listed at €6.65 for six units, while Andalusian anchovies are €6.50 per portion. These are different pricing bases, not interchangeable meal prices.

Ask how the chosen weight, number of items, preparation and any sauces affect the order before paying. The website says cash and credit or debit cards are accepted. Check the current menu and availability for the actual order.

Planning a family or shared seafood meal

This is a food-format and location choice for a family or group comfortable with fish and shellfish. The operator describes a family business and meals with friends and family, but the reviewed current material does not establish a dedicated children’s menu, highchair stock, play area, childcare or stroller arrangement. Ask about child portions, the selected fish, bones or shells, seating and access requirements for the actual party.

The menu carries numbered allergen declarations, including milk, gluten, soy, egg, sulphites, mustard, fish, molluscs, crustaceans, celery and nuts. A dish code or a grilled preparation does not establish cross-contact controls or suitability for every dietary requirement. Discuss the specific ingredients and preparation with restaurant staff before ordering.

Use the Sagrada Família timetable and reservation route

The current branch page publishes Sunday–Thursday 13:00–16:00 and 19:30–23:00, and Friday–Saturday 13:00–16:00 and 19:30–23:30. This includes a published Sunday dinner window and does not state Monday closure. The older La Paradeta Sunday-lunch-only and Monday-closed schedule should not be treated as Puertecillo’s current timetable. Check the branch’s latest notice for a holiday or a particular date.

The homepage FAQ directs reservations through its own reservation link, starting with the chosen restaurant, date and time; it separately says Born currently has no reservation system. The Sagrada Família page has a reservation section. Confirm the table with the restaurant; a published service window does not guarantee availability.

Branch contact and the wider restaurant business

The Sagrada Família page prints +34 934 500 191 and sagradafamilia@puertecillo.es for this branch. Use these branch details for a Sagrada Família enquiry. The general footer’s +34 932 68 19 39 is associated with Born and should not be substituted as the Sagrada Família direct line.

Puertecillo describes a family seafood business with more than twenty years of experience. Born and Sagrada Família have separate branch information and reservation arrangements. Choose the restaurant, seafood and amount for the meal rather than assuming a dedicated family menu or a fixed-price package.
