Parcel size and the charging basis
The self-service schedule distinguishes standard size, with length + width + height under 90 cm, from the four-hour maximum under 120 cm. Both have an under-5-kg limit. The four-hour product uses the registered pickup address and includes one attempt; another attempt requires a new order.
Returns and payment collection
The schedule charges the full delivery fee for return-to-origin, cancelled orders and failed collections. Cash or card payment collection carries 2.5%; published rates exclude 5% VAT. Proof of delivery is described as an image of the door and/or parcel.
Restricted contents and cover
Quiqup’s restrictions include passports and identity documents, currency, pharmaceuticals and perishables. Dangerous goods need prior approval and are limited to eligible fulfilment clients. Its terms place insurance responsibility on the customer unless a particular arrangement is agreed.
