- Commitment
- Flexible monthly; off-peak and 24-hour access depend on branch
Training across a chosen group of gyms
The Gym Group is the closest comparison here to PureGym for a straightforward equipment-and-classes routine. Standard covers one gym. Ultimate lets you choose up to five gyms at a time and change the selection, making the actual home-and-work locations more important than the national branch count. Ultimate includes four guest visits per calendar month, with the same friend limited to two, and up to one month of free freezing.
The current agreement defines the allowance as the home gym plus four selected additional gyms. If a more expensive additional gym is used more often than the home gym, an extra charge may apply. This is a flexible training network, rather than unrestricted use of every branch. The free monthly-membership freeze is one whole month in each twelve months under the agreement.

Monthly, student and Saver choices
Off-peak is tied to the selected gym’s permitted hours; Standard gives its normal access. Ultimate adds multi-gym, guest and freeze benefits. Classes and any separately paid personal training should be checked against the local timetable and booking product.
Student membership requires eligibility evidence when requested. Saver up-front products run for their purchased term and cannot be frozen or refunded after the cooling-off period under the published agreement; do not apply the monthly rules to them.

Ending membership without losing paid access unexpectedly
The agreement and dedicated cancellation help specify four working days before collection; the general FAQ says five. Allow at least five working days when planning, and obtain confirmation of the end date.
For Direct Debit or recurring-card cancellation, contact member services first and request access through the paid period if you want to keep training until that date. The agreement warns that access otherwise ceases immediately.

Planning questions
Does Ultimate cover every gym without conditions?
It covers the home gym plus four selected additional gyms at a time. The agreement allows an extra charge if a more expensive additional gym is used more often than the home gym.
Can a Saver membership be frozen or refunded like a monthly plan?
No. Saver terms are separate: after the cooling-off period, the agreement excludes early cancellation refunds and freezing. Choose the purchased product before applying a cancellation rule.
