Seasonal Greek cooking above Syntagma

The restaurant is on King George’s seventh floor at 3 Vasileos Georgiou A. The operator describes views of the Acropolis and Syntagma Square, with terrace seating. Reserve the requested space rather than assuming every table has the same view.

Executive chef Asterios Koustoudis and chef de cuisine Nikos Leivadias lead a menu shaped by seasonal ingredients and contemporary techniques. Head sommelier Evangelos Psofidis curates Greek and international wines.

Choose à la carte or degustation

The published degustation is €165 per person. Its optional wine pairing is an additional €110 per person. Listed courses include tomato bavaroise, oyster, langoustine, cod with scallops, lamb, Argolida Brie and an almond, cherry and thyme-honey dessert, alongside welcome bites and petits fours.

À-la-carte examples include tomato bavaroise at €27, shrimp tartare at €38, cod with scallops at €58, lobster at €61 and lamb at €49. Dessert choices are listed at €16 each. These are published menu examples, not an all-inclusive meal quote; seasonal dishes and availability may change.

Discuss ingredients and preparation for the actual menu. One bean-and-stracciatella dish is marked vegetarian but explicitly includes caviar; that label does not establish a vegetarian preparation. The tasting menu includes fish, shellfish, dairy, nuts and meat.

Dinner, breakfast and bar have different access

The current English homepage and menu publish dinner daily 18:00–23:00, with kitchen closing at 22:30, and bar opening 17:00–01:00. Other operator language/contact and hotel pages print later closing times. Agree the arrival, kitchen service and terrace arrangements for the actual date rather than relying on the latest closing time.

Breakfast is published as 06:30–11:00 for in-house hotel guests only. It is separate from a visitor’s dinner reservation. The operator requests elegant smart-casual dress and recommends reservations, especially for dinner and special occasions.
