Returns and delivery depend on the product
For eligible unused ticket returns within 365 days, a 5% fee applies. The terms exclude expired tickets, tickets past their selected start date, and tickets no longer sold. Disney tickets must also be unmodified and unactivated. Use the selected ticket’s policy before making changes through a park.
