Spa and Wellness Packages in Dubai: Prices and Inclusions (2026)

Which option fits your plans?

For a published treatment-and-beach package, compare Talise Ottoman’s AED 880-per-person Arabian Essences offer; for a massage-and-facial day with Amara pool access, compare Amara’s AED 1,100-per-person Ladies Day Out; for a treatment bundle across several branches, compare SENSASIA’s 120-minute Essential Spa Ritual. AWAKEN The Royal explicitly welcomes non-hotel guests. Choose the exact package rather than assuming a treatment includes all hotel facilities.

What this guide covers

This guide keeps the ten original Dubai spa identities and compares named packages, treatments and separately priced access. Hotel spas, SENSASIA’s multi-location treatment bundles and an additional Dreamworks couples-massage option address different uses. It covers relaxation, massage and beauty services; medical efficacy, therapist qualifications and clinical wellness programmes are outside the verified comparison. Published offers are not reserved availability, and unresolved guest or cancellation terms are shown beside the choice.

The options and who they suit

Choose by the documented use below. List order helps navigation and is not a measured quality score.

  1. Talise Ottoman Spa at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray

Talise Ottoman at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray offers Royal Ottoman hammam treatments, a snow room and thalassotherapy pool. Its Arabian Essences offer is a concrete package: AED 880 per person for a 60-minute relaxing massage, a meal at the specified Ixir or Zenzi option, full-day private-beach access and the listed spa facilities. The offer is published for Monday–Friday, 9am–9pm, valid until 1 January 2027.

Good choice for: A published weekday massage, meal, beach and spa-facilities package

Ask whether your guest type and date qualify, what is available that day and the complete payable rate and cancellation policy. These inclusions belong to Arabian Essences, not every Talise treatment.

  2. AWAKEN Spa at Atlantis The Royal

AWAKEN’s current Atlantis The Royal page explicitly welcomes hotel and non-hotel guests and recommends advance booking. It lists massages, facials and hammam experiences, including a named 90-minute Golden Hour massage. Published hours differ between weekdays and weekends. Its youth-access wording has a time window that differs from the general opening hours, so confirm the intended guest’s eligibility and actual appointment directly rather than combining the statements into a promise. Treatment and indoor or outdoor wellness descriptions do not establish automatic Royal hotel-pool, beach or waterpark access. Obtain the chosen service and all inclusions in writing. Forbes Travel Guide’s 2026 awards coverage names AWAKEN Wellness at Atlantis The Royal as a new Five-Star spa. This is independent spa recognition, not a guarantee of the value or inclusions of a particular package.

Good choice for: The Royal spa with explicit non-hotel bookings and service-specific conditions

Confirm Atlantis The Royal AWAKEN, exact treatment, age and actual appointment time, facility entitlement, total price and cancellation terms.

  3. Dior Spa The Lana

Dior Spa The Lana’s hotel page distinguishes spa treatments, a non-resident pool day pass and a gym reserved for in-house guests. The reviewed pool-pass terms publish AED300 per person, advance booking and full prepayment, with day-guest access from 10am–5.30pm. That is not proof that a spa treatment includes the pool or gym. The same page gives general spa and treatment opening statements separately; confirm the actual appointment time. Establish the exact treatment or combined package, pool entitlement, guest-age conditions, payable total and cancellation policy before booking at The Lana in Business Bay.

Good choice for: Dior treatment spa where pool passes and in-house gym access are distinct

Confirm Dior treatment versus separate pool pass, actual appointment and admission times, gym eligibility, ages, full cost and prepayment or cancellation.

  4. The Spa at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira’s operator page describes nine treatment rooms, including couples and VIP accommodation and a hammam-style suite. It publishes spa hours of 9am–9pm and asks guests to arrive 45 minutes before the appointment to use heat-and-water facilities, including a vitality pool, sauna and steam room. The page sets separate cancellation charges within 24 and 12 hours. Confirm which facilities your exact non-resident treatment or package covers and the current terms; neither a couples-suite photograph nor thermal access establishes a hotel beach or main-pool day. Use the Jumeira property’s own booking conditions. Forbes Travel Guide also profiles this specific Jumeira spa and its treatment suites and thermal facilities; that independent coverage is distinct from the operator’s booking conditions.

Good choice for: Jumeira spa with specified heat-and-water facilities and advance-arrival policy

Confirm Jumeira property and exact treatment, room, thermal access, non-resident terms, total price, early arrival and current cancellation charges.

  5. Guerlain Spa at One&Only The Palm

Guerlain’s primary spa page identifies One&Only The Palm on the West Crescent and describes its Désert d’Orient hammam ritual, treatment suites, sauna, relaxation spaces and an 18-metre adults-only private pool. It publishes daily opening of 10am–9pm. These are specific Guerlain facilities, not a guarantee that a treatment rate includes every pool, cabana or hotel service. The older resort spa URL now redirects to a general experiences page, so the brand’s dedicated spa information is used. Confirm the exact ritual or package, non-resident admission, pool eligibility, current price and cancellation terms directly.

Good choice for: Dedicated Guerlain spa and hammam with a separately specified adults-only pool

Confirm Guerlain at One&Only The Palm, exact package and duration, adult-pool entitlement, non-resident access, full payable rate and cancellation.

  6. Amara Spa at Park Hyatt Dubai

Amara at Park Hyatt Dubai publishes Ladies Day Out at AED 1,100 per person: a 90-minute combination of scrub, massage and facial, a set-menu lunch and complimentary Amara pool access. Its Signature Couple Journey is a separate 180-minute scrub/wrap, massage and facial package at AED 3,700 per couple, with lunch. The AED 700-per-couple Pool & Spa Unwind offer on the main page expired on 13 July 2026; it is not used as a current recommendation.

Good choice for: Published massage-and-facial packages, with pool access specified on Ladies Day Out

Confirm your eligibility, the exact treatment allocation and lunch, pool entitlement, appointment date, total payable amount and cancellation. Neither package automatically grants Lagoon Beach Club access; the couple package’s pool entitlement is not established.

  7. Anantara Spa at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort

Anantara The Palm’s spa page distinguishes Thai massage and Ayurveda spaces, six couples’ suites and Turkish or Moroccan hammam facilities. It separately lists different men’s and women’s wet areas and a named 90-minute Anantara Royal Hammam ritual. Those details should not be transferred to every treatment room or general resort pass. Confirm the intended service, suite or hammam, wet-facility entitlement and non-resident eligibility, then obtain the current full price and booking terms. Operator claims about detox, slimming, IV therapy or medical outcomes are not presented as proven benefits or treatment recommendations in this comparison.

Good choice for: Palm spa with specifically described couples, hammam and wet-area facilities

Confirm Palm resort spa, exact ritual or suite, wet-area entitlement, eligible guests, duration, current price and cancellation conditions.

  8. Banyan Tree Spa Dubai

Banyan Tree’s dedicated Dubai spa page locates the venue on Bluewaters Island, with published opening of 10am–10pm. It describes private treatment suites with ensuite jacuzzis and gives direct spa booking and contact details. This establishes the Banyan Tree spa’s setting and advertised treatment-room format, not a guaranteed hotel beach or swimming-pool day. Do not substitute a nearby property’s spa menu or access conditions. Confirm the exact treatment or package, available suite and jacuzzi use, non-resident eligibility, ages, current price and cancellation policy, especially if a day of pool or beach use is part of your plan. Forbes Travel Guide independently profiles this Bluewaters spa and describes a 120-minute Rainforest Indulgence combining a hydrothermal trail, scrub, shower and massage. Treat that as an attributed treatment description and obtain the operator’s current menu, price and eligibility before reserving.

Good choice for: Bluewaters spa with operator-described private treatment suites

Confirm Bluewaters Banyan Tree spa, treatment and suite, jacuzzi and other facility entitlements, non-resident terms, current full charge and cancellation.

  9. Saray Spa at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai

Saray’s Marriott page locates the spa on the third floor of JW Marriott Marquis Dubai and lists separate male and female areas, private hammams and couples treatments. It states treatments are for guests aged 18 and above, with facials from 16. A separate weekday Wellness Hours offer advertises 25% off 60- and 90-minute massages during Monday–Thursday mornings, while a poolside offer has its own price and redeemable food-and-drink credit. Confirm current eligibility, service, offer hours and full terms. A pool credit is not a spa-treatment voucher or unrestricted facility entitlement.

Good choice for: Marquis spa with distinct age rules, massage offers and pool products

Confirm Marquis Saray treatment and age, eligible weekday offer, exact facility access, separate pool-credit terms, complete charge and cancellation.

    Sources: [14]

  10. SENSASIA Spas Dubai

SENSASIA’s packages page distinguishes Emirates Golf Club, The Village in Jumeirah 1 and SENSASIA Stories at Kempinski Mall of the Emirates, with branch-specific hours and booking links. The Essential Spa Ritual is presented as a 120-minute combination including a 60-minute Balin-Ease massage, a Natura Bissé facial and selected enhancements. The price columns and options vary across venues; a single group-wide tariff is not asserted. Confirm the chosen branch, current package, therapist and guest eligibility, exact treatment times and add-ons, full payable price and cancellation terms. A treatment bundle does not establish hotel swimming-pool or beach access.

Good choice for: Multi-branch treatment bundles with distinct location and price conditions

Confirm named SENSASIA branch, exact package and inclusions, guest eligibility, current branch price, any add-on charge and cancellation terms.

Compare the package, the treatment and the day pass

Talise Arabian Essences publishes AED 880 per person with a 60-minute massage, a meal and specified beach/spa access on weekdays until 1 January 2027. Amara Ladies Day Out publishes AED 1,100 per person for 90 minutes of selected treatments, lunch and Amara pool access. The two prices buy different experiences, so the difference is not a like-for-like value ranking.

For couples, Amara’s Signature Couple Journey publishes AED 3,700 per couple for 180 minutes of treatments and lunch. Confirm whether the advertised duration applies to each guest and whether any facility access is added. Its page specifies pool access for Ladies Day Out; that must not be copied onto every couple package.

SENSASIA’s Essential Spa Ritual combines a 60-minute Balin-Ease massage with a Natura Bissé facial and enhancements in a 120-minute ritual. It lists different venue columns, so no single group-wide price is asserted. Dior’s AED 300-per-person non-resident pool pass, prebooked and prepaid for 10am–5.30pm access, is a separate product from a Dior treatment.

A massage-centre alternative to a resort day

Dreamworks publishes a 60-minute couples massage across selected Dubai locations, with two guests in the same private room and one therapist per guest. Its page advertises “from AED 620”, but does not make the price basis explicit enough here to promise a final per-couple total. Request the selected branch’s written total, eligibility and cancellation terms.

This is a useful additional candidate for a shared massage without selecting a full resort day. It is a treatment option rather than a proven beach, pool, lunch or all-day wellness package. No medical benefit, quality score or independent award is inferred from the operator’s marketing.

Which should you choose?

Choose Talise Arabian Essences when you want the published massage, meal, spa facilities and beach combination on an eligible weekday. Amara’s Ladies Day Out pairs a 90-minute treatment combination and lunch with specified Amara pool access; its AED 3,700-per-couple Signature Couple Journey is a longer treatment bundle. SENSASIA suits massage-and-facial combinations without assuming a hotel day. AWAKEN’s non-hotel booking policy is explicit, while Dior’s AED 300 pool pass is a separate access purchase. Compare totals on the same per-person or per-couple basis.

Questions about your options

Which published Amara offer specifies day facilities?

Ladies Day Out lists complimentary Amara pool access with a 90-minute treatment combination and lunch at AED 1,100 per person. The main page’s AED 700-per-couple Pool & Spa Unwind offer expired on 13 July 2026. Confirm current admission terms, and keep Lagoon Beach Club access separate.

Does Dior Spa The Lana automatically include the pool and gym?

Its hotel page describes a separately booked and prepaid non-resident pool pass, while the gym is reserved for in-house guests. Confirm the actual spa or combined product’s entitlement directly.

Sources: [5]

Can non-hotel guests reserve AWAKEN at Atlantis The Royal?

The operator explicitly says yes and recommends advance booking. Confirm the selected service, actual appointment and age conditions; hotel pools, beach or waterpark access are not automatically established.

Sources: [3]

Are all Saray spa treatments available from age 16?

Its page states treatments are for guests aged 18 and above, with facials from 16. Confirm the particular service and any consent or booking conditions with Saray.

Sources: [14]

Is there one SENSASIA package price for every branch?

No single group-wide price is asserted. The operator page distinguishes venues, hours and booking links with varying package columns. Confirm the exact branch and full product price.

Sources: [15]

Does a thermal or private-pool description guarantee access with every treatment?

No. Ask whether the selected booking includes the named hammam, sauna, vitality pool, jacuzzi or adults-only pool, and for how long. General resort facilities and separately sold day products have their own rules.

What are the best spa packages Dubai travellers should compare first?

For a published treatment-and-beach package, compare Talise Ottoman’s AED 880-per-person Arabian Essences offer; for a massage-and-facial day with Amara pool access, compare Amara’s AED 1,100-per-person Ladies Day Out; for a treatment bundle across several branches, compare SENSASIA’s 120-minute Essential Spa Ritual. Are hotel spas Dubai better than independent spa providers?

They serve different needs. Talise’s named package includes beach and spa facilities; Amara Ladies Day Out names pool access. SENSASIA combines massage and facial treatments across branches, and Dreamworks offers a shared couples treatment. Choose by inclusions, location and written total rather than assuming hotel status proves better value.

Can I book spa Dubai packages directly from this guide?

Use the official offer, spa or booking links beside each option. Confirm the named package, guest eligibility, date, duration, facility entitlement, complete charge and cancellation before reserving. TRP compares the evidence and does not reserve an appointment or certify live availability.

Which Dubai spas suit massage packages?
