Best Travel Agencies for Trips to Greek Islands (2026)

Guide facts reviewed

Which planner fits your Greek island trip?

Choose a Greek island-hopping planner by the type of trip you want and the services in its written proposal. Greeka, Fantasy Travel and Dolphin Hellas publish island itineraries that can be adapted. Greeking.me, Travelive and TrueTrips offer tailored journeys; Kids Love Greece focuses on family travel. Trips2Greece publishes multi-island programmes with ferry connections and day cruises, while Jacada and Audley offer specialist trip design. Confirm the hotels, transfer mode, flight exclusions, sailing arrangements and change conditions for your own dates.

What an island-hopping package actually includes

This guide compares the planning services described by ten existing selections. It does not independently score customer service, verify every advertised departure or guarantee a particular hotel, ferry timetable or price. A ferry package, a day cruise and an overnight private yacht charter have different arrangements. The written itinerary and booking conditions determine what you are buying.

Ten planners for different Greek island journeys

Start with your travel dates, party ages, budget and preferred pace. Ask each shortlisted planner to identify the actual hotels, room categories, domestic journeys and included activities. The original selections and order are retained here; their positions are not measured quality scores.

  1. 1. Greeka

Greeka describes private island-hopping packages that can be customised around your preferences. Its planning service covers hotels, ferry or flight connections, transfers and tours, with example routes through different islands. A listed itinerary is a starting point: ask which journeys and activities are included in your specific proposal and how much time each transfer takes.

Consider for: Customisable private island packages.

Before booking: Confirm the selected hotels, domestic connections, port transfers and exclusions in the written proposal.

  2. 2. Fantasy Travel of Greece

Fantasy Travel lists island-hopping itineraries through the Cyclades and Saronic islands, and invites travellers to adapt a route with its agents. Its catalogue includes Athens with Mykonos and Santorini, or Poros and Hydra, among other combinations. Displayed starting rates are qualified by low season and double-room occupancy; they are not a final quote for every travel date or party.

Consider for: Published routes with agent-led adaptations.

Before booking: Ask for a dated quote with room occupancy, transport, included services and seasonal supplements itemised.

  3. 3. Dolphin Hellas Travel & Tourism

Dolphin Hellas presents suggested itineraries as starting points that can be booked as shown or modified. Examples include Athens with two or three Greek islands and a Northern Cyclades route. This supports itinerary planning across several stops; it does not establish a current departure timetable or guarantee that every suggested connection operates on your dates.

Consider for: Suggested multi-stop routes adapted to your needs.

Before booking: Confirm the operating connections, hotel availability and transfer days for the final route.

  4. 4. Greeking.me

Greeking.me offers a travel-designer process for a bespoke itinerary. Its published trip description includes accommodation, experiences, private or small-group tours, local guides, domestic transfers such as ferries or drivers, and local support. International flights and travel insurance are excluded. Its FAQ also says cancellation and refund conditions depend on the services booked, so request the terms for your itinerary.

Consider for: Bespoke trips with stated domestic-service inclusions.

Before booking: Check the exact inclusions, international-flight and insurance exclusions, payment schedule and service-specific change terms.

  5. 5. Travelive

Travelive’s Greek Dream example spans ten nights in Athens, Mykonos and Santorini. The page lists accommodation, specified experiences, private transfers, domestic travel and daily breakfast, with travel from early May to the end of October. This is a particular package example rather than a universal inclusion list for all Travelive journeys. Ask for the exact hotels and transport in your quote.

Consider for: A luxury package example across three destinations.

Before booking: Confirm the proposed hotels, domestic transport, seasonal dates and any excluded flights, fees or experiences.

  6. 6. TrueTrips (True Greece)

TrueTrips’ current Greece page offers customised travel and lists island destinations including Mykonos, Santorini, Naxos, Paros and Patmos, alongside mainland stops. Its example itineraries combine several destinations with accommodation and experiences. Use those examples to discuss your preferred pace and interests; they do not by themselves specify the transport, cost or cancellation conditions of a personalised booking.

Consider for: Individually designed Greek island and mainland trips.

Before booking: Request the complete proposed route, room categories, transfer details, inclusions and cancellation schedule.

  7. 7. Trips2Greece

Trips2Greece’s reviewed twelve-day Aegean Dreams itinerary combines Athens, Milos, Mykonos, Naxos and Santorini. It describes hotel accommodation, ferry transfers and separate catamaran excursions; it is not described as an overnight yacht charter. Listed exclusions include international flights, visa expenses and the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee. Some attraction charges are exceptions to its general entrance-fee inclusion, so read the detailed itinerary.

Consider for: A hotel-and-ferry route with separate day cruises.

Before booking: Check flight and local-fee exclusions, cruise group size, attraction exceptions and the final transfer timetable.

  8. 8. Kids Love Greece

Kids Love Greece publishes family-focused island-hopping advice and offers to tailor a private family sailing itinerary. Its guidance discusses choosing nearby islands, ferry types and the effect of seasonal schedules. Share your children’s ages and the pace that suits them, then ask how accommodation, activities and transfers will be arranged. A family focus does not establish that every vessel or activity suits every child.

Consider for: Family-focused routes and private sailing enquiries.

Before booking: Confirm children’s ages, transfer duration, sleeping arrangements and activity or sailing requirements with the planner.

  9. 9. Jacada Travel

Jacada describes tailor-made luxury Greek island trips, with options discussed around interests such as family travel, honeymoons, villas, guided experiences and yacht charters. Its destination page covers several islands rather than one fixed sailing circuit. Ask the planner to specify the mode of travel and what is included; a yacht option mentioned on a destination page is not evidence that a charter is part of every itinerary.

Consider for: Tailored luxury island trips and charter discussions.

Before booking: Specify whether you want ferry or flight connections, a day cruise, or a private charter, and compare their separate costs.

    Official information · Business profile

  10. 10. Audley Travel

Audley’s Greek islands page offers specialist-designed journeys shaped around individual requirements. It presents island ideas and example holidays, with accommodation choices and arrangements discussed during planning. Example prices depend on the itinerary, accommodation, dates and booking time. Ask for a proposal from the relevant booking market rather than assuming one advertised example establishes all flight inclusions or financial protection arrangements.

Consider for: A specialist-designed itinerary around your preferences.

Before booking: Confirm the actual hotels, flights, transfers, departure market and applicable booking conditions in your proposal.

Choose from the written itinerary and terms

For a straightforward multi-stop route, compare Greeka, Fantasy Travel and Dolphin Hellas proposals. For individually designed accommodation and experiences, consider Greeking.me, Travelive, TrueTrips, Jacada or Audley. Families can ask Kids Love Greece about routes and activities suited to their children. Trips2Greece’s reviewed itinerary combines hotel stays, ferries and day cruises. Choose on the written inclusions, transfer plan and booking conditions, rather than an agency’s headline promise.

Greek island package and transfer questions

Are international flights included in Greek island-hopping packages?

Do not assume so. Greeking.me explicitly excludes international flights and travel insurance. Trips2Greece’s reviewed Aegean Dreams itinerary includes domestic journeys but excludes international flights, visa expenses and the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee. Other planners’ proposals may differ. Ask for an itemised inclusion and exclusion list for your own booking.

Is a catamaran itinerary the same as a private yacht charter?

Check the actual arrangement. Trips2Greece’s reviewed route uses hotels and high-speed ferries between islands, with separate day cruises. Kids Love Greece offers enquiries for a tailored private family sailing itinerary, and Jacada discusses yacht options. Ask whether a boat is private or shared, whether you sleep aboard, and which skipper, meals, transfers and extras are included.

Can I change a published island-hopping route?

Greeka describes customisable packages, Fantasy Travel invites clients to craft a route with its agents, and Dolphin Hellas says its suggested programmes can be modified. Ask for the revised journey plan and price before booking. Changing an idea before purchase and changing a confirmed reservation have different implications; obtain the booking conditions for later amendments.

What should families ask an island-hopping planner?

Give the planner the children’s ages, sleeping needs and preferred pace. Ask for realistic transfer days, suitable accommodation, activity age limits and the arrangements for any sailing or swimming excursion. Kids Love Greece’s family guidance discusses nearby islands and seasonal ferry schedules. Request the actual route and vessel arrangements; a family travel label does not answer every suitability question.

How can I compare two agency quotes fairly?

Compare the same dates, room occupancy and accommodation standard, then itemise domestic transport, airport and port transfers, guided activities, local fees and exclusions. Fantasy Travel’s displayed starting prices are qualified by low season and double occupancy; Audley also qualifies example prices. Request deposit, amendment and cancellation conditions alongside the total, and confirm who handles disrupted connections.
