A central canal-side dining room

The restaurant is inside Hotel Ai Reali at Campo della Fava, between Rialto and San Marco. MICHELIN describes three elegant rooms, while the operator identifies its canal outlook.

Mauro Cautiello’s cooking uses seasonal Venetian ingredients, with bread, pasta and desserts prepared in the restaurant’s kitchen. The linked seasonal menu includes seafood, meat and vegetable dishes; ask for the current selection.

Choose the whole-table menu

The homepage currently links an eight-course tasting at €139 per person and a separate seasonal PDF with a six-course tasting at €120 per person. Both describe the tasting as for the whole table.

The documents are undated; their older upload-folder years are not menu-validity dates. Confirm the actual format and price for your service. Published examples include scampi spaghetti, sea bass and parmesan-filled ravioli; wine is a separate choice.

Dress, arrival and service rules

The published elegant-informal dress code excludes men’s shorts, sleeveless shirts and flip-flops. The restaurant states Wednesday closure and no pets. Additional November/December closure dates lack an explicit year, so ask which dates affect your visit.

Use +39 041 523 2222 or restaurant@hotelaireali.com. The hotel has a private canal entrance for water-taxi arrivals; that does not establish a free restaurant transfer or remove the need to arrange the actual arrival.

Planning questions

Do the tasting menus apply to the whole table?

Yes. Both the currently linked six-course and eight-course documents say so. Confirm the available format, price and dietary arrangement for the service.

Is the hotel water-taxi entrance a free restaurant transfer?

No free transfer is established by the entrance description. Arrange transport and confirm the arrival with the restaurant or hotel.
