A landmark setting and a food-led occasion

Aroma is the top-floor restaurant at Palazzo Manfredi, with a terrace looking toward the Colosseum. The setting is the attraction for a view-led celebration, but request the actual table and weather arrangement.

Di Iorio’s cooking reworks Italian and Mediterranean traditions with regional ingredients. The autumn menu includes ossobuco tortello, fish and seasonal vegetable preparations; choose the route for the food as well as the monument.

Distinguish the tasting routes and extras

The linked Autumn 2026 menu lists Corinzio €290, fish-focused Ionico €250, meat-focused Dorico €230 and vegetarian Colle Oppio €210. Tastings are per person and designed for the whole table; beverages are excluded. Pairings are separately priced, including €150 with Corinzio and €130 with the other displayed routes.

A separate Smart Menu offers two selected dishes plus dessert at €190. Marked special dishes, substitutions, additions and caviar carry separate charges. Discuss allergies with staff; the menu lists allergens and does not establish a contamination-free meal or a vegan vegetarian route.

Use the restaurant’s booking route

The operator requires reservations through its Book a Table route with a credit-card guarantee, stating that no amount is taken at the guarantee stage. It publishes lunch from 12:30 Wednesday–Sunday and dinner daily from 19:30; ask about the final arrival and kitchen times.

Children are admitted from ten. Men’s smart-casual rules exclude shorts, open shoes and sportswear; animals are not allowed. Private events and weddings are separate requests. Call the published restaurant phone for questions, while making the reservation through the stated route.

Planning questions

Does a vegetarian tasting at Aroma establish vegan suitability?

No. The published vegetarian route includes dairy. Discuss exact ingredients, adaptations and allergies before booking.

Can I reserve an ordinary table by calling?

The operator directs reservations to its website’s Book a Table route. The phone can be used for questions or special requirements; do not assume it replaces that booking process.
