Tasting, à la carte and a pricing discrepancy

The reservation page lists a €315 tasting menu and a €285 à la carte selection of appetiser, starter, main and dessert, per person including 10% VAT and excluding drinks. Its wine-pairing option instead quotes a €365 menu plus €220 pairing for the whole table. Those menu bases differ: obtain the written price for the chosen option rather than adding pairing to €315. Dietary restrictions can require a simpler menu agreed with the team.

Requests and service times

The calendar shows operating dates rather than live availability. The operator says requests receive an email response within three days; for a visit within 72 hours it asks guests to submit the request and call. Lunch is published as 13:15–15:00 and dinner 20:45–22:30, with Sunday and Monday normally closed and exceptions possible. The announced holiday closure is 1–25 November 2026 inclusive.

Cancellation must be by email

Cancellation needs an email to reservas@arzak.es at least 48 hours ahead; the operator does not accept telephone cancellation. Later cancellation or a no-show carries a €315-per-person card charge. A submitted request alone is not confirmation of a table.

Arrange the access route

The restaurant describes wheelchair access via the rear private-parking entrance to the first-floor dining room and asks guests to telephone on arrival. Discuss the required route in advance. The published restaurant telephone is +34 943 278 465; the homepage also lists +34 943 285 593.
