Gran Menú and pairings
The Gran Menú is €350 per person, with optional wine pairings at €150 or €300 per person; the menu states VAT is included. Seasonal seafood, meat and desserts follow the opening stages, and products may change. Vegetable-titled dishes can contain meat, egg or dairy, so they do not establish a vegetarian menu or suitability for a particular allergy.

The building and its resources
The operator describes rainwater reuse, daylight and temperature design, renewable energy covering part of its requirements, and a greenhouse supplying part of the produce. Its sustainability awards cited for 2014 and 2018 are historical distinctions.

Confirmation, changes and guest requirements
A reservation request becomes effective only after the restaurant’s confirmation email, which it says should arrive within 48 hours. For last-minute visits, contact reservas@azurmendi.restaurant or +34 944 558 359. Cancellation is requested by email at least 72 hours ahead. Guests under ten are not admitted and there is no children’s menu; disclose dietary needs before committing.

Sunday needs a confirmed service
The homepage lists lunch Tuesday–Saturday, 13:00–14:30, and Friday–Saturday dinner, 20:00–21:15, with Sunday and Monday closed. The reservation page also mentions Tuesday–Sunday lunch while saying Sunday is closed. This contradiction is unresolved: use the restaurant’s confirmed date and service, especially for Sunday.
