Mediterranean creativity and a visible kitchen

The three chef-owners met at elBulli before opening Disfrutar in December 2014. The Eixample restaurant sits opposite Mercat del Ninot; ceramic colours and textures run through the entrance and central corridor, past the visible kitchen to a white dining room and terrace. The MICHELIN 2026 selection lists three stars. It received The World’s Best Restaurant award in 2024.

Classic, Festival and the Living Table

Classic revisits the restaurant’s established creations, while Festival centres on current-season work. Both are published at €325, with a separate €180 wine pairing and stated price validity through 7 August 2027. The Living Table, also called Taula Viva, is a different format in the downstairs R&D kitchen; it is not the same booking as an ordinary dining-room table.

Official booking channel and a fixed party size

The restaurant identifies its own website and booking phone as the official route. Reservations open twelve months ahead and guarantee a table, not a specific location; the guest count cannot be modified. It does not recommend visits with children under eight. Reservation terms allow no-charge cancellation up to fifteen days before the meal, then charge €150 per person for late cancellation or no-show.
