Festival menu and the whole table
The operator describes Festival as appetisers, twelve dishes and four desserts, with the same menu for the whole table. Drinks and optional wine pairing are separate. Allow around three and a half hours. Dietary adaptations need advance discussion; guests concerned about cross-contamination are directed to the restaurant before booking. Ask the restaurant for the current menu price and drinks list.
How the booking release works
Online reservations are for 2–12 guests, up to eleven months ahead. New dates open at 00:00 local time on the first day of each month. A validated card guarantees the booking without prepayment. Email or SMS confirms it, and reconfirmation is required ten days before the visit; an unanswered reconfirmation request can lead to cancellation. The operator currently says it does not sell gift vouchers.

Cancellation and differing service times
Cancellation or reducing the party is free up to ten days before the meal; less notice carries a €100-per-person charge. A smaller party may also require cancellation if the new table size is unavailable. Two operator pages publish different meal times, including whether Tuesday lunch operates. Use the service time on the confirmed reservation rather than treating either timetable as settled. The reservation page lists Christmas closure from 20 December to 12 January 2027, Easter closure on 21–29 March 2027 and summer closure on 15 August–2 September 2027.
