Counter, car and return are separate steps

After the counter, walk to the opposite garage’s first floor. The branch publishes 07:00–23:59 every day and describes a secure return dropbox; its after-hours policy also mentions staffed A/B return lanes. Use the branch arrangement for the intended terminal. Its “Pick-Up Service Unavailable” label does not negate collecting a reserved car at the airport. Families and larger groups should reserve the seating and luggage capacity needed for their Florida itinerary.

Driver and payment conditions

The local policy requires drivers aged 21 or over and charges $25 a day at ages 21–24, with restricted car groups. Debit pickup requires a ticketed return itinerary and the stated matching-address requirements. A spouse or domestic partner meeting the licence and age rules is an authorized driver without an extra charge; other additional drivers have separate conditions. Match the accepted card, available funds and any deposit to the booking.

A separate toll choice for a roundtrip MCO rental

CFX lists this on-airport brand as eligible for Visitor Toll Pass when collecting and returning the car at MCO. The pass has no programme fee; tolls are paid separately. Decline the rental-company toll programme, register the actual licence plate in the app before leaving, display the hangtag and return it at the airport. A missing hangtag incurs a $10 fee. One-way and off-airport rentals are outside the published eligibility.
