Choose the precise recipe, range and portion
Portion help describes approximately 280g smaller singles, 380g singles and 760g doubles, weighed before reheating; exact recipes vary. Low FODMAP Teriyaki Salmon + Whole Grain Rice is a distinct 397g single at £8.79, with 532 kcal, 28g protein, 7.7g fibre, 4g saturates and 1.7g salt. The separate Mediterranean salmon recipe is not the same panel.
Mediterranean Veggie Bean Chilli is 393g at £7.49 for one, with 488 kcal, 19g protein, 14g fibre, 2.4g saturates and 1.7g salt. It uses beans, tofu, wholegrain rice and quinoa; soy is declared and shared-site warnings still apply. Dietary filters help narrow recipes but do not establish allergy safety or a personal medical benefit. Freezer storage and product-specific reheating
Keep the selected frozen meals below −18°C and follow the actual pack. The Low FODMAP salmon product says not to refreeze after defrosting; that specific instruction takes priority over general FAQ wording. Its single-portion microwave directions are eight minutes at 800W plus two minutes’ rest, with stirring as directed. Other recipes and appliances differ.
