Follow Rental Cars signs to MIA Mover, then Off Airport Rental Car Shuttles at the RCC. Fox’s free shuttle boards from spaces 1 or 2 and takes passengers to 3275 NW 24th Street Road. The operator says shuttle waits can increase with demand; no fixed door-to-car time is promised. Published opening is daily 06:00–00:30. Its local policy permits 24-hour vehicle returns: before opening, park in front of the return gate, lock the car and put the keys in the marked box. The branch closes the return when it opens. Arrange onward terminal transport separately if outside shuttle hours.

Age, card and international documents
Fox’s local policy sets a minimum age of 21, with a $22 daily surcharge at 21–24 and a government-orders exception. Its branch FAQ separately advertises a minimum age of 19. Renters under 21 need the branch’s specific eligibility terms before paying; the two statements are not reconciled here. Accepted debit pickup needs a matching bank-issued card, a return-airline itinerary and a rental no longer than ten days; local renters cannot use this debit option and the stated deposit is $500 plus rental charges. Credit, local-renter and prepaid deposits have different terms. International renters need the original licence and passport; the document’s general rental-requirements section additionally mentions an international licence, so obtain the applicable IDP/translation instructions for your documents.

The full offer, tolls and cancellation
Fox’s MIA policy lists unlimited mileage, with separate one-way/drop and extended-rental rules. Optional PlatePass All-Inclusive is published at $13.99 per rental day, capped at 15 chargeable days; without it, an unpaid covered toll can trigger $15 administration per toll, capped at $90 per agreement, plus tolls. A properly configured compatible personal device or permitted direct payment has separate requirements. Direct Pay Later reservations have no cancellation fee under the stated policy; Pay Now cancellation at least 48 hours ahead receives a refund, while later cancellation normally forfeits prepayment. Agency and optional cancellation-protection terms differ. Include the MIA opportunity-fee pass-through, taxes, shuttle-related charges and selected extras in the actual comparison.
