Age and driver conditions need the local agreement
The branch FAQ says minimum age 19, but its linked MCO policy says 21, or 18 on government orders, and $22 a day at 21–24. Do not rely on ordinary 19–20 eligibility without a specific branch agreement. Qualified spouses or domestic partners have no additional-driver charge under the local policy; other drivers need authorization and the applicable fee.

Debit, longer stays and the full price
The MCO policy limits debit pickup to bank-issued Visa, Mastercard or Discover cards, matching names, return-airline proof, a rental of at most 10 days and non-local renters, with an extra $500 deposit. Longer stays therefore need another eligible payment arrangement. Credit, local-renter and prepaid bookings have different deposit rules.
