The chef’s sequence

The official site publishes a single chef’s omakase at €350, with nigiri served individually. It asks guests not to take photographs or video during the meal; a photograph with the chef may be arranged afterwards. The menu price does not by itself establish a drinks package or a reservation on a particular evening.

Booking and dietary acceptance

The official online route requires a card imprint. Changes within 72 hours carry a published €350-per-person penalty. Notify the restaurant of restrictions in advance; it says an allergy to all seafood cannot be accommodated. Contact +33 7 44 31 80 70 or contact@sushihanada.com for the intended service and dietary enquiry. A current weekly timetable was not established in the reviewed pages.
