The official site publishes a single chef’s omakase at €350, with nigiri served individually. It asks guests not to take photographs or video during the meal; a photograph with the chef may be arranged afterwards. The menu price does not by itself establish a drinks package or a reservation on a particular evening.

Shintaro
Sushi and cooked Japanese dishes in central Nice
Shintaro is Shintaro Suzuki’s Japanese restaurant at 8 rue Gubernatis in Nice. Michelin describes a sushi counter and a separate small dining space, with cooked dishes as well as sushi.
Michelin mentions aubergine with soy and ginger, beef tataki and yuzu-miso tuna katsu, and says the simpler lunchtime set requires a reservation. Those examples show the wider cooking offered; they do not establish a fixed menu or current numeric price. Ask for the intended lunch or dinner menu and whether the booking is at the counter or in the dining room.

Choose the meal before the reservation
Small omakase counters have fixed starts, limited capacity and menu-specific dietary and cancellation rules. Choose the actual service and drinks arrangement.
Jin publishes separate lunch and dinner menus. Sushi B’s €90 sushi lunch is restricted to Thursday and Friday; other menus and possible cancellation charges differ.
Yushin is in Neuilly-sur-Seine and Shintaro in Nice. Zen’s broader Japanese menu and private group offer should not be treated as a small two-person omakase counter.
Hakuba serves dinner Tuesday to Saturday. Its booking page describes about three hours, with children choosing the same menu as adults and pets excluded. The operator’s pages differ on late arrivals; plan to arrive by the reserved time.
