One Superior Villa with its own kitchen and heated pool
The published 150 m² combines 90 m² indoors over two floors with 60 m² of private outdoor space. The main floor has the kitchen, dining and living area with a double sofa bed and a bathroom. The lower floor has the main double bedroom, a sitting area and a second bathroom.
Private terraces and a heated pool provide outdoor space for each household. Ask for the actual adults-and-children sleeping allocation; a sofa or sitting area should not be treated as an additional enclosed bedroom.

A separate arrangement for the whole residence
Katharos offers six independent villas, each with a heated pool. Its online booking engine is for individual villas; an all-six booking uses a separate enquiry.
Send dates, adult/child numbers, children’s ages and room requirements. Management confirms simultaneous availability, suitable sleeping arrangements, the total price and terms. Exclusive use is subject to written confirmation.
