Start with room allocation rather than the largest guest number. Oia Mansion and Diamond have four bedrooms but different bathroom counts; Andronis Arcadia has four bathrooms. Erossea’s five bedrooms refer to the whole villa, while Master Blue’s three queen beds occupy two bedrooms. Ask where each child or adult will sleep, which spaces are lofts or living areas and how stairs connect them.
Choose the outdoor facility you will use. Swinging Sunset and Diamond list private swimming pools as well as separate heated spas; Pearl’s swimming pools are shared. Katharos gives each villa a private heated pool. A hot tub, pool with jets and swimming pool are different arrangements.
