The operator describes Mexican botanitas and food intended to accompany an evening together. Its currently linked menu lists prepared potatoes and cucumber snacks at €3 each, and a quesadilla, crispy tuna, milanesa, suadero, short-rib and diputado tacos, plus a two-piece chicken-flauta serving, in the €5 food section.

The three-page menu is undated, though currently linked from the operator’s food and bar controls. Use those prices as published examples and confirm the current dishes, portions and preparation. The menu does not establish a vegetarian, vegan or allergen-safe option for every dietary need.

Cocktails and drinks have their own prices

The linked drinks page lists a tequila- or mezcal-based margarita at €14, Paloma Mestiza at €14, Paloma Rosa and Mezcamaica at €16, agua de Jamaica and carajillo at €8, and Baby Mango at €14. Its Mexican beers include Pacífico and Modelo Especial at €7, with a €2 michelada, chelada or clamato addition.

Food and individual drinks are separate choices. A private-event drinks ticket or open-bar package has different inclusions from ordering from this menu.

Private gatherings: compare what each package includes

The currently linked brochure is marked Eventos 2026. Cantina Básico is €40 per person for three tacos or pieces and two drink tickets covering classic margaritas, beer or soft drinks. Cantina Estándar is €60 per person, with one starter and one main served centrally, described as 1.5 dishes per person, plus three tickets for margaritas, beer or basic spirits.

Cantina Premium is €85 per person with the same described food format and three hours of open bar for agave mixology and premium spirits. The brochure states per-person prices with VAT included. It also offers replacing food with one additional drink per person for the selected package. Agree the actual dishes, drinks, timing and space in the event proposal.

The legal page publishes a 50% payment to confirm an event and the balance on the event date. It also states that a customer ending the arrangement early cannot claim the service price back, subject to the law. Check the written cancellation terms for the actual proposal before committing.

The same page requests notice of allergies or intolerances at least 72 hours before an event. This is a preparation requirement, not a guarantee that every menu can be adapted. Published gift coupons are €50 or €100, usable within 365 days, non-refundable and to be spent in full on the chosen visit; confirm the current voucher arrangement with the venue.

The exact trading notice identifies Sal Mestiza, operated by Grupo La Bikina SL, at Lagasca 103, tienda izquierda, 28006 Madrid. This is a separate identity from MESTIZA in Valencia.

The homepage and 2026 event brochure publish Tuesday–Wednesday 19:00–01:00 and Thursday–Saturday 19:00–02:00. They do not establish Sunday or Monday service or a separate final kitchen order. Arrange the visit for the chosen date.

For groups, the operator publishes admin@grupolabikina.com. The live homepage prints 854 76 03 13, while older directories use a different number; the website email and operator page provide the clearest published route for confirming the correct Madrid venue.
