Japanese and Western ways with tuna
The operator’s menu explores tuna cuts beyond the loin and belly, alongside sashimi, nigiri, temaki and other sushi formats. Its Eixample space includes a sushi bar and two separate private rooms, Thunnus and Thynnus.
