El Nou Ramonet is a separate Barceloneta rice and seafood choice.

How to use this shortlist
Compare the exact restaurant, food format and location. Whole-table menus, meat in seafood preparations, weight or portion units, kitchen windows and group-booking terms can change the choice. These groups describe editorial fit, with no tested best-to-worst hierarchy.

Choose the food format and exact venue
Estimar combines à la carte seafood with Maremoto, while FISHØLOGY’s Benthos and Abyssal formats are served to the whole table. Tunateca adds sushi, Western tuna preparations and separate gourmet menus, with Kaitai as its own event.
Batea’s Catalan-Galician bistro and cocktails differ from Botafumeiro’s classic seafood dining and Can Ros’s historic tavern. Several seafood preparations include meat, and the menus use different price units.
Amar offers restaurant, bar and private-room formats at El Palace. Eldelmar is the Torres brothers’ à la carte restaurant at Port Olímpic, distinct from Cocina Hermanos Torres. Restaurant Barceloneta overlooks Moll dels Pescadors in Port Vell.
El Nou Ramonet at Carbonell 5 is a separate Barceloneta restaurant for traditional Catalan seafood, tapas and rice. The operator also describes multiple dining rooms and group menus from eight guests.
Questions before you choose
Are all dishes at these seafood restaurants pescetarian?
No. Batea’s octopus includes chorizo and its prawn crepe pancetta. Can Ros, Amar, Tunateca and Eldelmar also list mixed meat-and-seafood preparations. Choose by the actual ingredients and preparation, rather than the restaurant category.
Can everyone choose a different FISHØLOGY tasting menu?
The operator says its tasting menu is served to the whole table. Benthos and Abyssal have separate menu prices, and the seven- and nine-destination pairings are priced separately. Arrange the menu and dietary needs for the party together.
Is Eldelmar the same as Cocina Hermanos Torres?
They are separate restaurants. Eldelmar serves à la carte fish, seafood, rice and other Mediterranean dishes at Port Olímpic; Cocina Hermanos Torres has the brothers’ tasting-menu format.
Does every Tunateca meal include Kaitai?
Kaitai is a separately described tuna-cutting ceremony and tasting experience. It is not established as an inclusion in every ordinary restaurant meal; use the event arrangement for that experience.
Does the Can Ros form confirm a table?
It is a pre-booking requiring confirmation. Tables have 1 hour 45 minutes. Groups above eight are accepted only Tuesday–Friday on non-holidays, with the menu and availability agreed directly.
Does Estimar require a card guarantee for every party?
Its Barcelona page requests a card guarantee for five or more diners Tuesday–Thursday and three or more Friday–Saturday. The cancellation and change deadline is 48 hours; a later change or no-show incurs a per-diner charge whose amount is not printed on that page.
Do menu prices cover the same amount of food and drink?
No. Estimar’s Maremoto excludes beverages and FISHØLOGY lists pairings separately. Amar’s linked à la carte prices some whole fish by 100 g, while Can Ros’s linked summer rice prices are per portion with a two-portion minimum. Eldelmar marks some fish and seafood rice at market price.
