Coffee flights, cuppings and beans

The brew bar offers espresso choices and methods including Aeropress and V60, with cakes, snacks and sandwiches. Coffee flights are available to walk-ins, while cuppings have a booking link. The bean shop sells whole or ground coffee in 250g, 500g and 1kg bags and welcomes customers’ own containers.

Use the public Clement Street site

The published brew-bar hours are Monday–Thursday 08:30–16:30 and Friday 08:30–16:00. The public address is Bourbon House, 2–11 Clement Street, Bristol BS2 9EQ. Most production roasting takes place across the road at 5–8 Elton Street; that address is not interchangeable with the named café. General contact is +44 1179553564 or sales@wogancoffee.com.

Public SCA courses are paused

Wogan’s current training page says public SCA courses are paused during refurbishment and directs waiting-list enquiries to ast@wogancoffee.com. The separate offer of tailored training for wholesale customers does not mean free public courses. A brew-bar visit, cupping and course booking are different arrangements.

Family roasting background

The operator describes an independent Bristol family business now in its third generation. Its sustainability programme includes a carbon-neutral pledge for 2030; this is a future target, not a statement that the target has already been reached.
