Independent editorial guide
Top 10 Grill Restaurants in Dubai (2026)
Which Dubai grill restaurant suits your meal?
Start with 11 Woodfire for a fire-led menu, Hunter & Barrel Emirates Hills for coal-grilled steaks and sharing plates, or The Meat Co Souk Al Bahar for a Downtown steakhouse setting. Frevo and Fogo de Chão offer Brazilian tableside carving. Al Ustad adds Persian kababs; Bosporus, Aroos Damascus and Al Safadi cover Turkish, Syrian and Lebanese mixed grills. Barbecue Delights at JBR brings Pakistani grills and curries.

How to use this shortlist
These ten restaurants and restaurant groups are organised by grilling style, food and setting. The citywide brand profiles make branch choices explicit. Top 10 is an editorial shortlist, with each choice supported for its stated use case; the order is not an independent tasting score. Menu examples were reviewed on 17 October 2026. A sharing cut, mixed plate and continuous-carving package are different meals, so compare portions, sides, drinks and the complete party charge.

Choose the food first, then the branch and format
For a steak-led dinner, Hunter & Barrel’s Emirates Hills menu supplies coal-grilled skewers and sharing plates, while The Meat Co’s Souk Al Bahar menu offers several cuts and weights. For a broader fire-cooked menu with seafood and vegetables as well as meat, choose 11 Woodfire in Jumeirah 1.
For Brazilian carving, compare Frevo on Palm Jumeirah with Fogo de Chão in DIFC. Frevo’s regular à la carte child benefit and Fogo’s linked Churrasco child policy have different age boundaries and product scopes. A lounge order, premium package, brunch or hotel event has separate inclusions.
For kababs and mixed grills, Al Ustad provides a Persian option, Bosporus a Turkish platter, Aroos Damascus a Syrian charcoal-grill menu and Al Safadi a Lebanese mezze-and-grill meal. The Dubai restaurant groups need an actual branch choice; country menus and Sharjah or Abu Dhabi venues are distinct. Barbecue Delights at JBR adds Pakistani grills and curries.
Settle the chosen portions, accompaniments, dietary preparation, drinks and complete charge before ordering. The menu examples here are published observations, without a completed reservation or a guarantee of stock, a particular view or included leisure access.
Questions before you choose
Which Dubai grills suit steak and sharing cuts?
Hunter & Barrel Emirates Hills offers coal-grilled steaks, skewers and a Feast for Two. The Meat Co Souk Al Bahar lists individual cuts and larger sharing steaks. 11 Woodfire has large beef cuts within a wider fire-cooked menu.
Where can I find mixed grill in Dubai?
Bosporus offers an Anatolian platter with several kebab and shish types. Aroos Damascus lists Syrian charcoal grills, while Al Safadi’s mixed grill combines meat, tawouk and kafta. Choose the actual Dubai branch and portion.
Are Frevo and Fogo de Chão the same kind of booking?
Frevo offers ordinary and premium churrascaria at Fairmont The Palm. Fogo’s Dubai-linked dinner menu separates Full Churrasco, Single Churrasco Cut and Market Table. These differ in the choice of food and are separate from lounge orders, brunches and hotel events.
Do these child policies use the same age limits?
No. Frevo states five and under free and ages 6–12 half price on regular à la carte. Fogo’s linked Churrasco dinner menu states six and under complimentary and ages 7–12 half price for that experience.
Is every grill dish suitable for dairy-free or vegetarian diners?
No. Al Ustad’s hosted special-kabab menu includes yoghurt marinade. The Meat Co’s steak menu states butter cooking. Fogo’s Market Table includes meat and fish, and vegetable dishes elsewhere can contain dairy or seafood ingredients. Arrange the actual preparation with the restaurant.
Are Barbecue Delights buffets currently confirmed at every old branch?
Current restaurant-account and property evidence supports JBR. Older catalogue offers name JBR and Ibn Battuta weekend buffets, but do not establish a current calendar or a Motor City buffet. Use the JBR restaurant’s current meal arrangements.
Does The Meat Co guarantee a Fountain-view table?
Its Souk Al Bahar page describes an outdoor area facing the Fountain and Burj Khalifa. A specific table, outlook and any attraction or show arrangements remain separate from that description.
How we selected these places
We reviewed the ten existing selections against current restaurant and property pages, operator-linked menus and named venue contacts on 17 October 2026. The groups reflect food, cooking method, service format, setting and branch scope. Michelin descriptions are attributed publisher observations; older hosted menus and catalogue snapshots have explicit limits. Barbecue Delights’ current JBR identity is supported by its restaurant account and JBR property page, separately from older branch/buffet information. No visits, tastings, calls, reservations or independent human service review are claimed. Customer stars, source counts and old awards are not a measured quality rank.
