Match the pizza, neighbourhood and complete bill
For a simple menu-price comparison, reviewed Margherita examples are €9 at Bajamarea, €10.50 at La Piazza, €11 at Spacca Napoli Abastos, €12 at Pierino’s menu dated 18 April 2026, €12.90 for Regina Margherita at A’Napule, €14 at Mamma Pazzo and €15.90 for Il Cortile’s Margherita DOC. These are different recipes and menu contexts, before drinks or extras, and they do not establish the cheapest complete meal. A’Napule lists a €3 gluten-free-base supplement and Spacca Napoli a €5 supplement; Casa d’Aragona states one dish per diner and lists bread service separately.
Fit the location and service to your day: Casa d’Aragona and Bajamarea suit an El Carmen plan; Vecchia Roma and La Piazza Correos are central options; Il Cortile Cánovas and Mamma Pazzo are in different L’Eixample settings. A’Napule, Grosso at Plaza del Xúquer and Pierino offer different choices on the eastern side of the city, while Spacca Napoli Abastos has its own location and closure day. Check a current map and the exact service before travelling; these groups are not a timed walking route.
Choose the full recipe and meal format. Several Marinara variations contain anchovies, green or vegetarian names can still include dairy, honey or meat, and a gluten-free base is separate from vegan cheese. Reserve the intended indoor or terrace table and discuss any preparation requirements directly. Grosso’s shared menu restricts takeaway/delivery adaptations; other restaurants have their own order and meal terms.
Questions before you choose
Is Marinara always vegetarian at these Valencia pizzerias?
No. Casa d’Aragona’s Marinara del Cantabrico and A’Napule’s Marinara Gourmet include anchovies in the reviewed menus. Grosso’s Senza Glutine Marinara lists tomato, garlic, oregano and basil. Check the exact variation at the branch you choose.
Which Grosso Valencia branch is entirely gluten-free according to its operator?
The operator identifies its Plaza del Xúquer 16 restaurant as the dedicated Senza Glutine venue. Its broad branch statement needs to be read alongside the shared menu, whose drinks list also contains beers marked con gluten and location-specific notes. Confirm the exact drink range and preparation with this branch; the pizza format is not proof about every drink.
Can Grosso’s takeaway pizzas be modified like a dine-in order?
Its linked Senza Glutine menu says modifications and adaptations are not made for delivery or takeaway. Check the exact recipe before ordering.
Do gluten-free bases and vegan cheese make every pizza vegan?
No. A base or cheese substitution does not remove meat, seafood, egg or honey from the rest of the recipe. Il Cortile advertises both adaptations, and A’Napule lists them separately; agree the complete pizza you want with the restaurant.
Does Spacca Napoli use one menu and closing day for both Valencia restaurants?
No. Abastos at Heroi Romeu 12 has its own menu and booking and lists Tuesday as its closure. Ruzafa is a separate restaurant. Use the venue-specific information.
Can I assume every restaurant serves lunch every day?
No. A’Napule lists lunch Friday–Sunday, Bajamarea adds lunch on weekends, and Spacca Napoli Abastos lists lunch Friday–Sunday. La Piazza Correos publishes separate lunch and dinner periods every day. Confirm the current service for your date.
Does Mamma Pazzo serve food until the restaurant closes?
The operator lists its kitchen from 13:00 to 23:30, with a later restaurant closing time. Use the kitchen schedule when planning a meal and confirm any last-order time directly.
How we selected these places
We compared these ten retained Valencia restaurants using their exact operator locations, published menus and service information, reviewed on 2026-10-22. Pierino’s restaurant-provided menu remains explicitly dated 18 April 2026, and the unchanged operator-linked Vecchia Roma menu uses the full review performed on 19 October 2026. Groups reflect the published pizza styles and meal uses, rather than a measured food-quality league. We have not visited, tasted or independently tested the restaurants, and live table availability has not been checked.
