Its linked June 2026 menu illustrates the range: vegetable rice at €27 with an optional €20 red-prawn supplement, duck magret at €28, and octopus with sobrasada at €36, including VAT. Vegetable-led names need their ingredients read: roast vegetables include anchovies and salmorejo includes ham. The operator publishes Tuesday–Saturday dinner from 19:00 to 22:30.

The hotel names Andoni San Martín as its current chef, working with seasonal island produce, fish, meat and artisan ingredients. Its linked, undated tasting document lists €140 or €180 with wine pairing. The separate à la carte file is marked Spring 2024, so its individual prices are not a current quote. La Enoteca, cocktails and hotel breakfast are separate choices from the intended restaurant dinner.

Its evening sitting windows are 19:00/19:30 and 22:00/22:30, with tables allocated about two and a half hours. Published deposits are minimum spends credited to the bill: €150 per person in named lower-season periods and €200 in high season. The 48-hour cancellation rule, non-refundable 3% administration fee and conflicting late-penalty wording need the applicable dated terms. Vegan choices are very limited and there is no separate children’s menu.

1742: private-event palace context
1742’s current operator site presents the historic Ibiza palace for private events, celebrations, audiovisual productions and photo shoots. Ordinary public restaurant service is unverified. For a dining occasion, establish whether catering, a private celebration or a special-date arrangement is required. It remains separate from the ten public restaurant choices above; this is not a closure claim.

Choose the format and exact location
La Gaia’s Illa and Horitzó menus, Unic’s main and Ibizan Garden menus, and Walt’s Edomae service have different food, dietary and timing requirements. La Gaia’s plant-based wording can include animal protein; Walt does not serve vegetarian or vegan menus.
For à la carte or island cooking, compare Es Terral’s French-Mediterranean approach with Es Ventall’s Ibizan recipes and rice formats. Can Font combines a small Dalt Vila hotel restaurant with a terrace; Sa Capella offers Mediterranean grill cooking in a converted chapel setting, with its own minimum-spend and sitting terms.
Es Boldado is above Cala d’Hort with Es Vedrà views; Jondal is at Cala Jondal in Porroig; Ca Na Sofia is at Cala Vadella. Their cooking, menus and arrival arrangements differ. Ca Na Sofia’s currently linked Spanish autumn–winter menu gives per-person paella prices for at least two people, with different weekday and weekend or holiday offers.
1742’s current palace offering concerns private events, celebrations and productions. Its published site does not establish an ordinary public restaurant menu or regular dinner sitting. The ten original selections remain, with this venue kept as context rather than counted among the ten restaurant recommendations.
Questions before you choose
Is 1742 currently verified as an ordinary public restaurant?
Its current operator site presents a historic palace for private events, celebrations, audiovisual productions and photo shoots. Ordinary public restaurant service is unverified. Use the direct venue enquiry route to establish whether a dining occasion requires a private event or special-date arrangement.
Can children or vegetarian diners book Omakase by Walt?
Children under twelve are not served, and vegetarian and vegan menus are unavailable. Other dietary restrictions need at least 72 hours’ email notice. Dinner starts together and takes about two and a half hours; groups of five or more have a one-week cancellation threshold.
Does a Sa Capella cancellation mean a full deposit refund?
The operator states a 48-hour cancellation policy and a non-refundable 3% administration fee. Its deposits are minimum spends of €150 or €200 per person in named seasonal periods, credited to the bill. Repeated €150 late-penalty wording differs from retaining a full €200 deposit, so obtain the actual dated terms.
Can Es Boldado’s regular hours establish an October dinner?
Its site also carries an undated October 1–31 kitchen notice of 13:00–17:00, alongside regular 13:00–17:00 and 19:00–22:00 windows. A year is not printed on the October notice. Ask for the intended date and sitting directly.
Is Unic the same dining service as Migjorn’s buffet or Pool Lounge?
No. Unic is the separately described restaurant at Les Begònies 18, with its own direct phone and email. The Pool Lounge, Es Migjorn buffet and accommodation are different arrangements.
Does La Gaia offer only one tasting format?
It publishes Illa and Horitzó, each currently listed at €190 including VAT, plus a separate starter, main and dessert à la carte choice. Website reservations require the whole party to choose the same menu and prepay the menu price; drinks are separate.
Does plant-based always mean strictly vegetarian here?
No. La Gaia explicitly says its plant-based option can contain animal protein in sauces, stocks or broths. Unic has a separate Ibizan Garden menu, but its desserts include honey. Match a specific dietary request to the restaurant’s actual preparation.
Where is the Jondal restaurant in this selection?
MICHELIN identifies Rafa Zafra’s Jondal at Cala Jondal in Porroig. Its focus is fish and seafood, with an outdoor cove setting. It is a separate venue from Es Boldado above Cala d’Hort.
How we selected these places
We compared the ten original selections and one additional Cala Vadella restaurant against operator menus, cuisine and location information, guest arrangements and booking terms, with publisher-specific MICHELIN recognition and restaurant listings. Ten venues support public restaurant choices; 1742 remains private-event palace context. Groups express food, meal-format and setting fit, without a best-to-worst quality score. Menu dates, price units, guest eligibility and material differences in published terms remain explicit. No firsthand meal, booking, service, dietary-handling or accessibility test is claimed.
